Recently, I’ve been seeing many fun animations added to book covers. The designer in me starts examining those images to figure out how to recreate them.
It’s mostly, in Photoshop, layering videos, images and text.
Seeing those animated book covers got me thinking, what if instead of making regular image quotes, I create image quote gifs like these:
This image quote gifs are simpler to make than the animated book covers. They both take forever, though. I’ve been using stock videos I already own. My Shutterstock subscription doesn’t include videos so if I want to create many more gifs like these, I’ll need to buy stock videos.
I can create different designs with the videos I own. I’ll be making more of these mostly because they’re fun to make and thy’re good for sharing on social media.
