Welcome to the Week in Links, a roundup of the latest articles for fantasy, sci-fi and horror readers and writers.
Lots of chatter about Dark Phoenix. So far, reviewers don’t seem to be feeling it. I’ve been on the fence about this movie. I skipped Apocalypse. I don’t know if I’ll see Dark Phoenix in the theater. I keep waiting for X-Men to get Roge and Gambit right. They seem to have given up.
At one point, my feed was all Pokemon Sword and Shield. It’s funny. Many years ago, I had assumed Pokemon was a kid’s game. Until I actually played it. I guess, technically, it is a game for children but I’m 33 and I love this series. It’s like Harry Potter or any YA book. It’s for a younger audience but adults can enjoy it too.

Thank you for compiling this list every week. I always look forward to seeing what SFF articles and links you've found.
I really, really hope they never bring Moon Girl into the cinematic universe. There's something about the character I find seriously irritating.
Ms. America would be a welcome addition. Though she'd drive the religious right up the wall.
